Manoir de la Jahotière, France
I was impatiently awaiting this wedding at "Manoir de la Jahotière", after the great session held in Paris a few months earlier. The personality of the newlyweds, their good taste and their kindness foreshadowing a magnificent marriage. And I was not mistaken. Everything was perfect and pleasant. A first dress for the civil ceremony which took place in the childhood village of Mathilde. Then towards the church, with a new dress. The emotion is palpable for the entry of the bride, and invades the usually cool groom. Clichés that I particularly like.
A ceremony full of accomplice looks, emotions, and nice moments. With the very good idea of having projected the songs on a big screen, in addition to the small mass booklets. The end of the ceremony will be punctuated by a choreography, very funky and (almost) improvised by the bride, and of course, directly followed by the witnesses, and the groom, who tried to follow the movements as best as possible!
Several hugs and a few tears later, we return to the manor for some couple photos, and the moment long awaited by the guests. The cocktail! A few glasses of champagne, fun photos, champagne, choreography, champagne, a light owl, champagne 🙂 and it is already time to go and settle in for dinner and the wedding reception. The first part of the day passed like a snap of the fingers, it will be the same for the rest of the evening.
Here is the summary of this day full of laughter, emotion, romance and elegance
